Returns are easy, and for most returns there's no need to contact us. Once you've read the policy below, visit our Returns Center for a shipping label and packing instructions.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from CJ's Clubhouse. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. You can also cancel unshipped items. Find out more about how to cancel. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Once you have visited our Returns Center and obtained a shipping label, include the packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label. Lost Your Packing Slip? If you do not have your packing slip and can't access our Returns Center to obtain a shipping label, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the following addresse: Kay Productions, LLC Problems, Questions, Suggestions?
