The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older, who have Internet access as of January 1, 2001 or later, and a valid E-mail account.

Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to the authorized account holder. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (eg. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Employees of CJ's Clubhouse™, Kay Productions,™ LLC, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families or persons residing in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. CJ's Clubhouse™ reserves the right at its own sole discretion to eliminate any person from eligibility it deems has a potential conflict of interest, violates any of the terms and conditions on use of this site or contest rules, or in any way exersises unfair practicies in playing the contest. All decisions on eligibility by CJ's Clubhouse™ are final.

Prizes for each contest time period will be awarded by mailing to the address on the members registration form.

Winners will be selected based on the Official Contest Rules, Contest Instructions, the trading information received and accepted as approved by CJ's Clubhouse™, and using the calculations of purchases and sales pricing per CJ's Clubhouse™ contest systems. All contest rules, acceptance of information and calculations related to the contest are under the supervision of CJ's Clubhouse™, whose decisions are final and binding.

Odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the contest, contestant trading strategies, and other external market factors. On or before 14 days after each contest time period, the winner will be notified either by e-mail or telephone. Winners will have up to 14 days from the date of attempted notification to respond to the notification. CJ's Clubhouse™ is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. Entries during a contest month are less likely to win.

Unless prohibited by law, winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release within ten days of responding to the notification. Each winner will also be required to provide CJ's Clubhouse™ with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, submission of an entry shall constitute and signify that CJ's Clubhouse™ may use the winner's name, address, likeness, photograph and/or contest information for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

CJ's Clubhouse™ limits winners of the contest. After one win in a calendar year the same individual is no longer eligible to win prizes in that same calendar year but may still play the contest. All decisions of CJ's Clubhouse™ are final.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Contest Rules and the decisions of CJ's Clubhouse,™ which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws shall apply. CJ's Clubhouse™ and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of CJ's Clubhouse™ and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

1. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;
   
   
2. telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties;
   
   
3. errors in transmission;
   
   
4. any condition caused by events beyond the control of CJ's Clubhouse™ that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted;
   
   
5. any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the contest; or
   
   
6. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.
   
   
7. pricing of futures contracts used in the contest which is not timed with actual changes in prices on these contracts in live markets. Contract prices in the contest will be changed at FuturesNet's discretion.
   

CJ's Clubhouse™ reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website for using unfair traiding practices; to be acting in violation of the Official Contest Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FUTURES.NET RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, limitation of contract pricing information, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of CJ's Clubhouse™ which corrupt of affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, CJ's Clubhouse™ reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
